John worked in multiple leadership roles within North American Bancard as a technical support representative and as a subject matter expert and project manager. Even though John reported to one of my managers he was given many projects and high level clients (to support) directly from me (Director Call Center Operations). He was extremely influential in educating the work force on making proper technical choices to assist our merchants in increasing productivity and speed. He was a valuable asset and was able to complete research and implement ideas, almost overnight. John is a passionate, goal-oriented team player with experience in technology, project management and project execution. He is adept at motivating the entire organization to get behind any cause he feels is worthy of support.
John has a tremendous attitude and work ethic. He always demonstrated a strong willingness to accept whatever challenges he encountered. His extensive knowledge of business and technology made him a strong asset to every team he work with. John has a vivacious spirit and is always the first to volunteer his time and resources to ensuring a successful outcome to any challenges he takes on.
